We were excited to find a company offering plastic free packaging for food and had a couple of successful orders but now their poor customer service has caught up with us (it all did seem too good to be true). An order is now over 3 weeks late and their "customer service" has stopped responding. They can only be sent emails or messaged on social media and the website is very limited so can't request refunds etc, so it's easy to be ignored. I'm not holding out too much hope to get a response from them for this review but it's worth a shot!
Hopefully they will fulfill the order/someone will acknowledge something's gone awry, but I'll be avoiding them from now on, instead will go direct to their suppliers (Ecotopia for food).
Such a shame.

I have been trying to get my order 70716 for a month now. I have sent 4 emails 2 messages on Fb and all I ever received was an acknowledgement at the beginning. The order is sitting on my account blatantly unfulfilled yet they gave takenvthe money for it Every time I send an email-because there is no way of contacting them by phone they send it back with no reply. I am disgusted with this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who doesn't want their money stolen.

I have contacted ecovibe about a faulty product that I purchased from them. I have sent numerous emails and messages on Instagram that are being ignored. Extremely dissatisfied

Cannot rate this website high enough. I stumbled on it over a year ago and am slowly working my way through their range of products. Some are of better quality than others but that's to be fully expected and I believe it's down to trial and error of what is suitable for each individual. I will continue to use Ecovibe as I love the sustainability and the lack of chemicals used in their products.

Ordered a refillable Neat glass and mirror cleaner Good price and arrived very quickly. Had prepaid a years postage in advance so no extra postage to pay. Again good value

Only recently reived & only used priduct twice! But based on this - seem to do the job (remove stubborn stains on pans), dry out when not in use (not soggy) & really pleased about the environmental impacts - before, during & after production.

Very pleased with tissues and kitchen roll not to mention the delicious chocolate. However, as the three smaller items were together in one box, packing the shampoo bar and bouillon right next to the bag of granola means that the aroma of the first two has penetrated the bag of the third and given it a very distinctive and not very pleasant taste.

The service is great and most of the products are too. My only problem is with the refillable deodorant. I can’t get the old one out without the aid of pliers or a knife. The actual deodorant is great.

Really happy with the service and purchases I make from Ecovibe. Love the new annual delivery fee, means I can always order what I need when I need it. Makes me more likely to stick to using the eco products I am loving.

Finally started a subscription for eco household products. Ecovibe made this super easy and the items arrived really quickly. Can't wait to try my lime and sandalwood shower bar as it smells incredible. Would definitely recommend them. ❤️

Very happy with these products, so far only purchased the the washing machine egg. Just bought a 2nd and replacement balls for the 1st. Delivery quick, prices reasonable, Will be buying more Eco Friendly products from this company in the future and feel confident they will be of good quality,

Love the tissues. They seem really thin but in fact are much stronger that normal tissues, and soft so no sore nose and no chemicals. Also love the bin bags. If bags have to go to landfill, at least they’re biodegradable. They are stronger than the supermarket plastic ones.

I'm very impressed with the products I bought from EcoVibe. I was surprised with the quality and performance of the products. I bought a Mixed Sponge Scourer Duo Pack. I expected they'd be uncomfortable as I've used the Spontex scourers for so many years, I thought I'd find it difficult to get used to the way they feel but I was wrong. I highly recommend this product

I bought the 2-pack COMPOSTABLE, CELLULOSE SPONGES. What a great product....love the fact that they are compostable once you're finished with them. Although I think that will be a while away as they are hard wearing and easy to wash/disinfect. The order process was easy to navigate and the delivery was quick. Overall I'm very pleased!

I really like the sponge scourers. They are sturdy and work really well and will definitely stand up to more use than normal sponge scourers. The real test will be when I wash them to see if they really are reusable. At the end if their days I will try composting them (hopefully not for ages yet!) If they wash well then I'm hopeful that this is the end of nasty plastic cheapo sponge scourers for us!
